Business Plan
At the start of every new year, the BC Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association’s Board of Directors establishes strategic objectives and priorities. The board appoints champions for each objective as well as a committee who will work with our members and industry partners to meet our goals. These objectives are reflected in the association’s annual business plan.
