Register for the Road Building and Heavy Construction Foundation Course and/or the apprenticeship programs by completing the ITA Registration Form (PDF, 68kb). Fax the completed form to the ITA at 778-328-8701.
Please note: a separate Registration Form is required for each course to be taken. This includes students moving from the RBHC Foundation Course into any of the apprentice programs.

HEO Challenge Information
Heavy Equipment Operators with considerable experience will have the opportunity to challenge for the Provincial Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate of Qualification.
Persons wishing to challenge must meet ALL competency skills listed in each of the boxes on Page 5 of the challenge application and each of the boxes listed for the machine endorsement that he/she is challenging for. These pages MUST be completed by a competent employer responsible for your daily machine operating skill. Applications must be completed and sent to the address listed on the top right hand corner of the application. A cheque, money order or credit card information must accompany the application.

APLT Challenge Information
Asphalt Paving Operators, including screed, paver, roller and milling machines with considerable experience will have the opportunity to challenge for the Provincial Asphalt Paving/Laydown Technician Certificate of Qualification.
Persons wishing to challenge must meet ALL competency skills listed in each of the boxes on Page 5 of the challenge application and each of the boxes listed for the machine endorsement that he/she is challenging for. These pages MUST be completed by a competent employer responsible for your daily machine operating skill.
