The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, one component of the Fraser River Tunnel Project referred to as GC-2 – North Cut & Cover, North Ramp.

Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to two Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of this Competitive Selection Process, the RFP phase.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity with whom the Province may enter into a target price construction contract to construct the Project, in accordance with the Province’s design.

Installation of inlaid durable pavement markings at the highway 37 and highway 16 roundabout in Thornhill and Wabi hill East of Chetwynd.

Southern Interior Rumble Strip Program. Milling of centreline and shoulder rumble strips to prevent from leaving their intended lane of travel.

Works include but not necessarily limited to: Survey layout, traffic management, quality management, Deck joint and installation, guardrail replacement, full and partial depth concrete repairs, stringer and diaphram repairs, Steel bracing installation, substructure concrete repairs, cantilever tie down installation, concrete encasement and ring beam installation, Substructure and stringer end cleaning, demobilization and site cleanup.

Replace failed culvert with permanent bridge. Realign roadway as required.

The Project involves the replacement of the existing culvert with two CSP pipes (sized 2000 mm and 2400 mm). The scope consists of culvert replacement and channel construction, grading works, asphalt paving, sign installation, site restoration, and Traffic Management, Environmental Management, and Quality Management.

The Ministry of Environment is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering and relevant environmental services at Lakelse Lake Park regarding drainage improvements, repairs, and rehabilitation to the existing road and parking systems.

The Dore FSR is accessed from Highway 16 and provides access to various recreational and industrial sites on the south side of the highway. The existing bridge crosses the Dore River at 2.1 km and was downrated to 0 tonne due to the deteriorating and unstable condition of bridge substructure. The existing structure will be removed and replaced with a longer 36.6 m single lane concrete slab steel girder bridge founded on concrete footings and steel pipes.

Installation of one 15.6 m o/o concrete slab girder bridge on the Jackpine Creek FSR at 9.9 km. Service will include the removal and disposal of existing twin CMPs. Service will include loading, transportation and placement of rip rap and completion of all new bridge approach road works. Service will include the restoration of the streambed.

This bank stabilization project consists of hauling and placing 1910m3 of class 500kg rip rap in order to stabilize and protect the road at 14km Kootenay FSR. Includes: Construction of an access ramp to access the site.Loading, hauling and placing rip rap that has been stockpiled at 7km on the old Kootenay FSR. Refer to Schedule C of the Major Works Contract

Includes: Construction of an access ramp to access the site.Loading, hauling and placing rip rap that has been stockpiled at 7km on the old Kootenay FSR.

The Parsnip West FSR is accessed from the Town of Mackenzie and runs through Heather-Dina Lakes Provincial Park. The previous culvert and existing bridge crosses Dina Creek at 29.6 km and has been impacted by beaver activities and a recent washout event. The existing temporary structure will be removed and replaced with a longer 15 m single lane concrete slab bridge founded on concrete footings and steel pipes.

Install new bridge at site where wildfire burned out the old structure.
Provide vehicle access on the Bobtail-Tatuk FSR to access the east end of Tatuk Lake

Grading approximately 12.5 km of the Lachmach FSR 8846.01 from 0.0 km to 12.5 km within the Coast Mountains Forest District.

This is an Operational Services contract on 2km of the Elk River FSR within the Rocky Mountain Forest District. The objective of the works is to provide safe access for Rural Residences. Works will be assigned priority and prescribed by the Ministry Representative.

Road Realignment and Construction of 2 kilometers of road on Canal Main FSR between 27- 29 km. Improve the alignment of the road, leading to a safer road for all users.

BCTS Skeena (Terrace) is seeking a Professional Services Contractor to provide the following Services:

Professional Engineering Consultant Services.

Professional Services require the preparation and submission of two general arrangements and site plans for two bridges/sites currently located offshore in the Douglas Channel along the Dala Forest Service Road. Site one previously consisted of a two bridge multi-span crossing. The second bridge has been washed out by flood events. A 21 m steel girder bridge is available as a replacement and ideally, the second span should utilize this structure. A 12m steel girder bridge is located at the second crossing but will need to be assessed for and if necessary, a new design and Site plan will be required utilizing the existing structure.

Once commenced, project work shall be continuous unless an alternate work schedule is approved by the Ministry representative.

This proposed contract is for constructing 1.6km of the Peacock West Forest Service Road, just South of Houston, BC., within the BC Timber Sales Babine Business Area. This work involves RoW Clearing, Site preparation, Roadway and Drainage Excavation and Culvert installations. Between stations 0+270 to 0+470 the road will be constructed on the top of a historic slump – a Geomorphologist (P. Geo.), provided by BCTS, may be on site during this phase of construction. Rock will be required for armouring inlet/outlet of culverts for scour protection as identified in the Culvert table. Rock sources have been identified outside of the worksite, and there may be rock found during construction of the road. BCTS will provide blasting of rock.

This is a Major Works contract offered for the performance of 4.094km road construction and 0.649km road upgrade of Forest Service Road (FSR) within the Barton operating area of the South Zone Field team, BCTS Okanagan-Columbia Business Area.

BC Timber Sales, Babine Business Area is proposing a contract that requires the construction of approximately 1.35 km of Forest Service Road, which includes the installation of a 6.096m bridge (steel girder with timber deck panels). The work is located off the Maxan West FSR at approximately 12km, within the Lakes Timber Supply Area, Southwest of Burns Lake, BC.

The contract will require a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) to be the Crossing Professional of Record (POR) to sign off the Bridge Installation.

This is a Major Works contract offered for performance of Forest Service Road structure maintenance. The Columbia Zone engineering programs maintain, build, and deactivate a wide variety of Forest Service Roads to facilitate BCTS Okanagan-Columbia works and projects. The proposed contract will facilitate the maintenance and upgrade of existing bridge structures throughout the Columbia Zone area to restore industrial access to future development areas.

RFP 1220-2026-4177 - Asphalt Resurfacing Program is intended to establish one Primary Contractor and one Secondary Contractor to support the City's annual asphalt resurfacing program and related Operations Department paving requirements.

RFSQ 1220-2026-4212 - Asphalt Paving Services – Various City Departments – Roster is intended to establish a roster of prequalified contractors that may be used by multiple City departments for individual assignments with a contract value of up to $500,000.

Interested proponents may submit responses to either or both opportunities. Where responding to both, proponents may find that much of the information prepared for one submission can be leveraged for the other, subject to addressing the specific requirements of each procurement.
