This Request for Proposal invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of services related to the demolition and removal of existing components, the installation of new components, and the refurbishment of existing components to support the life extension of the Berth 1/2 Foot Passenger Skywalk at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal.

Pavement rehabilitation consists of milling and filling the westbound Lanes on Hwy 1, Hwy 3 and Hwy 5 between Nicolum River Park and Jones Creek Bridge.

Replacement of the temporary 24.4m Bailey bridge with a new, permanent 30m long single-span bridge with a waterproof membrane and asphalt wearing surface. Construction of approximately 200m of gravel surfaced roadway, paved asphalt aprons and bridge approaches, signing, and landscaping/seeding. Riprap protection and habitat restoration features on both creek banks and within creek channel. Removal of existing Bailey bridge.

The Work includes typical highway construction activities associated with an asphalt resurfacing project. Treatments consist of milling and asphalt overlay on Highway 1, including 60 mm milling with localized pavement repairs up to an additional 80 mm, and reconstruction of Cypress Bowl Road through pulverization of the existing asphalt pavement followed by an asphalt concrete overlay.

Numbered Route Bridge Replacement

The Work involves most common aspects of highway construction of an asphalt resurfacing project. Project treatment will be mill/overlay, milling depth of 62.5mm and additional 80mm for pavement repairs. Shoulder widening up to 1.5m where possible.

Construction to replace existing 900mm CSP with 1800x1200mm Box Culvert at Canim Lake South Road. Tree removal, clearing and grubbing, riprap placement. Paving work.

EN27DTR013 - Road maintenance and deactivation - Clearwater Maintenance, deactivation and grading Forest Service Roads with the DTR. Most of the work activities will be completed within the Clearwater area.

The proposed contract requires the repair to 11 bridge structures in the Stuart-Nechako Business Area (Vanderhoof and Fort St. James).

The contract will require a range of qualified professionals and technical staff working in various conditions including isolated areas..

Eight structures are located at the Hat Lake Yard, 2474 Goetjen Road, Fort St. James, BC and three structures are located at the Yellowhead Road and Bridge Yard 545 Spruce Street, Vanderhoof, BC.

This contract requires the following: 7.1km of reactivation- Installation of the 43 BCTS Supplied culverts as per reactivation plan, 6 wood boxes to be removed and replaced with supplied culverts as per plan, and ditch/ culvert inlet cleaning. See reactivation plan for more details. Road reactivation will be paid out as a lump sum.

400m of detailed road realignment- see road realignment designs and TFSA for details.

Within the road realignment a ministry supplied Professional Geotechnologist will supervise the works and will be directing the operator to work a “BUCKET TO BUCKET” method until directed otherwise. The site is narrow and the borrow and spoil site are located on either side of the realignment section. Road realignment work will be paid out at an hourly rate.

This is a contract offered for works on “Grading” for the BC Timber Sales Roads located in the North and South Zones of the Okanagan-Columbia Business Area. Grading works will be assigned on an “as needed” basis to improve timber sale access in accordance with the fiscal timber sales plan. Grading will also facilitate other planned engineering projects such as access for maintenance, construction, and deactivation. Works may be located anywhere in the North and South Zone operating areas.

RDNO invites tenders for:

Construction of 50m of 200mm diameter HDPE water main via horizontal directional drill.

The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking to pre-qualify Prime Contractors for the construction of approximately 1150m of Watermain along two Segments of 132 Ave in the City of Maple Ridge, BC and for future watermain construction projects.

Through this Request for Qualifications the City wishes to identify general contractors experienced and qualified to construct/upgrade watermains. The City’s intent is to create a shortlist of qualified contractors and subsequently invite only these respondents to submit firm-priced tenders for the work.

The City of Delta invites tenders for roadway crack sealing services. Each summer, the City of Delta requires a Contractor to perform approximately 35,000 lineal metres of non-routed (clean-and-seal) crack sealing of roadways within the municipality. The Contractor will be provided with a list of locations where the services are required and will perform the work which generally includes: surface preparation, application of an approved rubberized/elasticized crack sealant product, and removal of debris created by the work. The purpose of this Request for Pricing (RFP) is to seek a qualified contractor for paving works in accordance with The Village of Burns Lake municipal standards, MMCD Specifications and general good construction practice. This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the Town of Qualicum Beach to qualified and experienced contractors to submit prices for replacing approximately 300m of 200mm PVC watermain along Seacrest Place.

The Town of Qualicum Beach is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to complete approximately 15,000 lm of crack sealing on Town roads. The work will be priced on a unit-rate basis and includes all labour, materials, equipment, and traffic control required to complete the work by September 15, 2026.

The Town is seeking bids from qualified and experienced civil contractors to replace segments of three roadway culverts and slipline a fourth. The work also includes installation of storm drainage infrastructure and completion of associated roadway, ditch, and surface restoration works, and requires a contractor with the personnel, equipment, and experience to carry out the work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the contract documents.

Part A - Salmon River Dike Upgrades
- Raising of the existing 600m-long earth dike by approximately 0.9 meters on average
- Installation of a concrete and steel barrier system through the pump house section of the dike
- Tie ins to the existing river side trail network and maintenance access driveways
- Installation of new golf ball protection fence (16-feet tall) along the new trail at top of dike
- Cut and off-site removal of approx. 60 trees (diameter > 300mm) along the dike alignment
- Other miscellaneous and incidental work as described in the Contract Documents

Part B & C – Bedford Channel Bank Erosion Mitigation
- Installation of a natural erosion protection system at two sites, WP2 (Part B) & WP6 (Part C – Optional Work) along the riverbank adjacent to the dike upgrade work
- Installation of rock armouring, large woody material (LWM), and geotextile/soil‑wrap systems to repair the eroding riverbank
- Vegetative restoration measures including live staking at maximum 0.6m spacing

The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proposals from qualified Proponents for the Fortune Creek Reservoir and Watermain Twinning as described in the Schedule A- Scope of Services and support documents of the NRFP.

The District of Kent is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to remove and replace one culvert on McCallum Ditch at McCallum Road.

The existing culvert is a 1.8 m diameter, 14 m long corrugated steel pipe. The District is requesting pricing for two replacement options: corrugated steel pipe and a concrete box culvert, to determine best value for the project.

The City of New Westminster invites tenders for the Carnarvon Street Watermain Replacement project in New Westminster, BC.

The work generally consists of the supply and installation of approximately 260m of 250mm dimeter ductile iron watermain and appurtenances, on Carnarvon St, from 8 St to 10 St.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified Multidisciplinary Design Teams to provide professional engineering services to advance the design for the Clement Crosstown Connector Segment 1 from Spall Road to Highway 33 (the “Project”). The selected firm will support the City through all remaining phases including planning, design, procurement, construction and close-out.

Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of: Upgrading the South Lake Dam to comply with the Government of British Columbia Dam Safety Regulation and address deficiencies identified in the 2022 dam safety review. Work includes improving access roads and ATV routes, rehabilitating the dam crest and drainage systems, adding riprap erosion protection to the upstream dam slope, widening and replacing the spillway, replacing the log boom, clearing vegetation near the dam, and installing new monitoring instrumentation at the low-level outlet.
