The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to indicate their interest in, and their qualifications for, one component of the Fraser River Tunnel Project referred to as GC-1 – Immersed Tube Tunnel, South Cut & Cover, South Ramp.

Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of this Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals phase.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity with whom the Province may enter into a target price construction contract to construct the Project, in accordance with the Province’s design.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity with whom the Province may enter into a target price construction contract to construct the Project, in accordance with the Province’s design.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for infrastructure repair services at Berth 1, Langdale Terminal. The scope of work generally includes marine structural, mechanical, electrical, and control system upgrades and repairs required to extend the service life of the existing berth infrastructure.

The scope of the work includes removal and disposal of existing coating materials from 19 gusset plates and recoating of the structural steelwork. The general nature of the work also consists of mobilization, Quality Management, Protection of Environment, Traffic Management, Installation of access scaffolding, cleaning of isolated areas of existing bridge steelwork and removal of access scaffold.

The project primarily consists of road embankment repairs and erosion protection works along Chilliwack Lake Road adjacent to the Chilliwack River, including excavation, installation, and armouring of riprap. The work also involves road restoration works such as roadway subgrade repair, gravel base, asphalt paving, shoulder restoration, and associated roadside works including removal and re-use of existing roadside barriers, installation of new road signs, and roadside fencing.

Pavement rehabilitation consists of milling and filling the Hwy 1 between Hwy 11 and Vedder Canal. Resurfacing Columbia Valley Highway and side roads.

Works include but not necessarily limited to: Site preparation including mobilization, preparation and installation of detour structure, of Survey layout, traffic management, qualitiy management, removal and detour structure, removal of existing Foss Bridge, installation of riprap slope protection, bridge installation including rock socketed piled abutment an cast inplace concrete rock pad, reconstruction of bridge approaches and associated paving, removal of detour bridge, revegetation a, demobolizations, demobilization and site cleanup pilled abutment and cast in place conceret rock pad, reconstruction of bridge approaches and associated paving, removal of detour structure, revegetation and demobilization. Work also includes traffic, quality, and environemental ,management.

An intersection improvement project which includes improved sight lines, improved drainage throughout upgraded the intersection, lighting improvements, an added traffic island, and upgraded acceleration, and deceleration lanes.

Roadway construction for the expansion and reconstruction of Highway 1 to accommodate new High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes, Bus on Shoulder (BOS) lanes, and highway widening from 2 lanes to 4 lanes from Townline Road to Grant Street; Peardonville Underpass Replacement and Deck Modifications; Livingstone Avenue realignment; utility network upgrades; and associated works.

Works include construction of new 68.6 m single-span bridge, including but not limited to survey layout, traffic management, quality management, supply and install bridges and foundation components, construction/removal of a temp detour bridge, removal and disposal of existing structures, haul and place granular materials, electrical, approach grade construction, supply/place asphalt pavement, roadside development including hydraulic seeding & site restoration, and signage/layout of permanent & temporary road marking

Golden Ears Park - Viking Creek Culvert Replacement.

Culvert replacement and associated riprap armouring and channel re-grading at one culvert location. Located at: Golden Ears Park Campground Road (to Ticket Booth).

Maintenance of Suskwa Forest Service Road
4.5km, and Suskwa-/-Moricetown Forest Service Road 2.38km – 6km.

Phase 2 road deactivation of legacy sections of the Finlay- Chunamon FSR realignment. This phase covers 55 - 75 km on the road. Instillation of erosion controlling measures and removal of drainage features will put the road back to its natural state

The purpose of this contract is for crack sealing and sealcoating at the Prince George Air Tanker Base. The existing asphalt pavement at the Prince George Air Tanker Base has considerable thermal and age-related cracking. It has exceeded its practical service life (25 years). To extend the life of existing asphalt apron crack sealing and sealcoating is needed.

Installation of one 15.6 m o/o concrete slab girder bridge on the Jackpine Creek FSR at 9.9 km. Service will include the removal and disposal of existing twin CMPs. Service will include loading, transportation and placement of rip rap and completion of all new bridge approach road works. Service will include the restoration of the streambed.

The purpose of this major works contract is to reinstate access on both the Peers and Ruby 5200 Forest Service Roads (FSRs) that were damaged in the November 2021 storm event.
Ruby 5200 FSR
Permanent access is required to be reinstated beyond 0.2km on the Ruby 5200 FSR. Road reconstruction will involve the construction of three wood box culverts (two 5m spans and one 3m span) over classified fish streams, armoring of creek banks with class 250 kg. riprap, excavation of approximately 1600m3 of material to be end hauled and spoiled at a location approximately 500 meters away from the repair site, and road reconstruction/recontouring at the approaches and exits of each structure.

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Blue Jay Street & Livingstone Avenue – Road & Intersection Improvements.

The City of New Westminster invites tenders for the 2026 Pavement Management Program project in New Westminster, BC.

The work generally consists of roadworks of approximately 62,800 sq.m of roadway with approximately 75 lineal metres of concrete curb, 240 sq.m of concrete sidewalk with ramps, 670 cubic metres of roadbed removal with replacement, 395 cubic metres of common excavation, 62,800 sq.m of milling, 2,220 tonnes of crushed granular base, 500 tonnes of granular subbase, asphalt tack coat, 7,070 tonnes of WMA asphalt, 6,030 tonnes of superpave asphalt, thermoplastic pavement markings, signage, catchbasin leads, new top inlet catchbasins, manhole and valve box adjustments, traffic detector loop reinstatement, environmental protection and traffic control all within the City of New Westminster.

The performance of drainage improvements along Bedwell Bay Road between Main Avenue and 3607 Bedwell Bay Road including 400m of storm sewer upgrades complete with new catch basins, new manholes and the installation of 4 dry service connections for future servicing. The scope of work also includes the widening of Bedwell Bay Road to accommodate an increased shoulder width and replacement of the existing gabion wall at Kelly Road with a new lock block retaining wall. The work includes approximately 2,700 square meters of full depth replacement, 800 tonnes of machine laid asphaltic concrete, 520 lineal meters of extruded asphalt curb, 660 tonnes of gravel and manhole, valve box and valve service box adjustments.

The performance of roadway reclamation and paving on Cemetery Road, Tuyttens Road and portion of Highway #9, full depth milling, reclamation and paving on Walker Road and optional full depth excavation, replacement within the District of Kent. The work includes approximately 200 cubic metres of common excavation, 11900 square metres of asphalt reclamation, 950 square metres of full depth milling, 3300 tonnes of gravel, 2700 tonnes of machine laid asphaltic concrete, asphalt fibre reinforcement, driveways, grading, concrete barriers, signage, traffic control, environmental protection and thermoplastic line painting all within the District of Kent.

The District also has included as optional works (subject to budget confirmation) Sutherland Road reconstruction including the performance of 2200 square metres of full depth milling, 3000 cubic metres of excavation, 3300 tonnes of subbase, 2600 tonnes of base gravel, 730 tonnes of machine laid asphaltic concrete, tack coat, geosynthetics, traffic control, environmental protection and thermoplastic pavement markings and within the District of Kent.

Construction of 200 mm Ductile Iron (D.I) watermain replacement of the existing Carpenter Creek Bridge watermain crossing. Works include replacement of the existing watermain currently supported via hanger support attached to the underside of Carpenter Creek Bridge.

Replacement of three corrugated steel culverts with concrete box culverts.

The City of Campbell River invites tenders for the Argonaut Bridge Remediation project which includes the following generalized scope of work:
Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, construction, equipment, labour, materials, and related items required for: remediation of the Argonaut bridge located on Quinsam road, spanning the Quinsam River.
