The deck renewal involves removal of the asphalt, concrete surface patch repairs, and placement of a protective overlay replacement of a protective overlay to subtantially extend its service life and replacement of the existing asphalt and barrier/gutter curb with new Polyester Polymer Concrete (PPC).

The objective of this contract is to construct 5.5km’s of new Forest Service Road based on Geometric Road Design’s and field control measures. The road construction involves all phases of road construction including timber cut and removal, end haul, drill and blast rock, placed rock fills and surfacing.

The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 87424 - North Road Watermain (Como Lake Avenue - Chapman Avenue), generally consisting of the following, but not limited to:

Approximately 640m of 300mm diameter ductile iron watermain, water service connections complete with meter setters, four hydrant assemblies;
Approximately 25m of 200mm diameter PVC storm main, and two overbuild manholes; and
Other miscellaneous and incidental works as contained in the Contract Documents.

The work involves the re-construction of approximately 20 lineal metres of roadway on Renz Road between Nanoose Avenue and Ridgefield Drive.

The works include the construction of storm sewer subdrains, catch basin, and related appurtenances; sidewalk restoration, road reconstruction complete with existing granular structure replacement, over-excavation as directed by the Geotechnical Engineer, and grading; boulevard restoration, and other related surface improvements.

Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Kelowna, invites proposals for Phase 2 of the Road Work on Stewart Road West. Substantial Performance for all Work is to be achieved no later September 1st, 2026.

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for City of Abbotsford – Asphalt Resurfacing Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
